Coffee Service Tip!
Use cold water in coffee makers, as brewing is timed from a cold water start. Brewing time is approximately 45 minutes.
2 cups of coffee makes 36 brewed cups
3.5 cups of coffee will make 55 cups
6.25 cups of coffee makes 100 cups
Equipment Tips!
Small glass bowls are very versatile: use for salads, condiments or dressings.
Place one inch of hot water in pan of chafer before serving.
